In this project we will be studying the aesthetic, technique and creative possibilities of artist, Alex Koloskov.
This artist is concerned with the isolation and intense study of various objects and substances which can be photographed. Specifically, Koloskov looks at how liquids, can be quite visually stunning and fascinating when "frozen" in a photograph. He creates these frozen moments with careful planning, use of external flashes and plenty of patience.

Total # of Photographs: 10 (can be a combination of the below 4 types of photographs)
Types of Photos that MUST BE included:
Photos with an object colliding with water
Photos with Water Hitting an object/subject
Closeup of water or other liquid droplets hitting a liquid surface
A montage or collage of several of your photos into one image
What are the evaluation criteria in this assignment?
Sharp focus, exceptional exposure(aim for perfection!)
Use of colour and colour theory. thin about how the foreground will look against the background colour
Use of Light(both on object/subject AND on the background)
Composition(Cropping is especially important in this assignment)
Creative elements(what else can you bring to this assignment creatively?)
