6. When your subject is totally masked red, press Q again to exit quick mask mode
7. Press shift + ctrl + I to reverse the selection
8. Now you can copy and paste your selection onto your other.
9. Have fun experimenting!
Using the Blending Modes to blend your images
1. The blending modes are located on the layer panel. Look for “normal” you can change these options to affect the way your images blend together
2. Alternately, you can try using the opacity slider to the right to achieve a similar effect.
Using the layer mask + gradient tool to gradually reveal an image
1. Paste one of your images onto your landscape
2. Alt click the layer mask icon(looks like round square) in the layers panel
3. Select the gradient tool from the toolbar

5. Click and drag your gradient and tool around the hidden image to slowly reveal parts of it.
Using Adjustment Layers to make edits to each image
1. Open the adjustment panel in your windows tab. Window > Adjustments
2. Try using the various Adjustments
3. Make sure you click on the overlapping black/white circular icon on the adjustment panel to ensure your adjustment only affects the one layer.
4. If you don’t like an adjustment you have done you can delete the adjustment layer and your photo will be fine.
